Once you create an account, contact us via the Live Chat link on our site and provide:&nbsp;

<li>Your DIP certificate</li>
</ul>
The Live Chat agent will update your account and give you access to order DIP materials. Once you have access you will need to log onto your account via the "My Account" icon at the top of the page. If you're not logged in, you will not have access to view DIP materials.&nbsp;
