I still haven't received my invoice...?

For Credit Card Orders

If you placed your order using a credit card, we do not send out an official "invoice". Instead, you should have received an order confirmation email. 

This confirmation email is the only receipt we send for these order types.

For Purchase Orders

If you placed your order using a PO, you should be receiving an invoice in the mail or via email within 1 week of placing your order.

  • If it has been less than 1 week, please allow more time for the invoice to arrive.
