Help CenterSales tax is automatically calculated during checkout. We must collect sales tax in all applicable states. Once you add your shipping address, the sales tax will automically populate in your cart.
If you are tax-exempt, you will need to:
1) Have an account on our site. If you do not have an account, you will need to set one up here
2) Email your account email and exempt credentials details to: drivertraining@national.aaa.com or use our LIVE CHAT (available during buisness hours by clicking on the chat icon on the lower right-hand corner of our website)
** These 2 steps will allow you to make purchase with a credit card tax free (with the exception of Hawaii, South Carolina, and Washington)
If you need to pay with a check or purchase order (PO), you must setup a business account here. (This step will require a Google Account - if you do not have a Google account, you can email: DriverTraining@National.AAA.com)
