Do you sell replacement DVDs if my disc no longer works?
No. We no longer offer DVDs. If your older disc is not working, you will need to purchase the new program or use the streaming option.
If DVDs aren’t available, how does the streaming option work?
You can purchase a monthly or annual streaming subscription using a credit card. The subscription automatically renews on a monthly or annual basis (depending on what you select). To access the streaming content, you must be logged into the same account that purchased the subscription.
Do I purchase monthly access once and then have access forever?
No. Both the monthly and annual subscriptions are recurring. You keep access for as long as your subscription remains active.
Do I have to purchase a yearly subscription to have access all the time?
Not necessarily. Either subscription provides ongoing access while it remains active. The difference is billing: monthly renews each month, and annual renews once per year.
