<h2>Step 1: Log In</h2>
<ol>
<li>Go to drivertraining.aaa.biz and sign in to your account.</li>
<li>On the left side of the page, find <strong>Driver Improvement Program (DIP) </strong>heading dropdown.</li>
<li>Click <strong>DIP Instructor Resources </strong>then<strong> Certified Instructors</strong>.</li>

<h2>Step 2: Download the Certificate</h2>
<ol>
<li>Scroll down until you see <strong>Available Downloads</strong>.</li>
<li>Choose the certificate you want:
<ul>
<li><strong>DIP Certificate (Color)</strong></li>
<li><strong>DIP Certificate (Black &amp; White)</strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>The certificate will open in a new window.</li>
<li>Look at the top-right corner of the screen and click the <strong>Download</strong> icon (⬇️).</li>
<li>Save the file to your computer.</li>
</ol>
<h2>Step 3: Open the Certificate</h2>
<ol>
<li>Go to the folder where you saved the certificate.</li>
<li>Double-click the file to open it.</li>
</ol>
<h2>Step 4: Add Text to the Certificate</h2>
<ol>
<li>Move your mouse to the area where you want to type.</li>
<li>Right-click with your mouse.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Add Text</strong>.</li>
<li>Click inside the certificate and start typing.</li>
</ol>
<p>You can now enter the student's information and print or save the completed certificate.</p>
<h3>Helpful Tip</h3>
<p>If you do not see the <strong>Add Text</strong> option, make sure the certificate is opened in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some web browsers may not allow you to add text directly to the PDF.</p>

STEP 1: LOG IN

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD THE CERTIFICATE

 1. Scroll down until you see Available Downloads.
 2. Choose the certificate you want:
    * DIP Certificate (Color)
    * DIP Certificate (Black & White)
 3. The certificate will open in a new window.
 4. Look at the top-right corner of the screen and click the Download icon (⬇️).
 5. Save the file to your computer.


STEP 3: OPEN THE CERTIFICATE

 1. Go to the folder where you saved the certificate.
 2. Double-click the file to open it.


STEP 4: ADD TEXT TO THE CERTIFICATE

 1. Move your mouse to the area where you want to type.
 2. Right-click with your mouse.
 3. Select Add Text.
 4. Click inside the certificate and start typing.

You can now enter the student's information and print or save the completed certificate.
