Help CenterIf you use Google Classroom and cannot open your Instructor PowerPoint file becasue it is too large for the application, follow these simple steps for the work around:
Begin in Google Classroom
Click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose open in a new window.
Downloading the file
Choose the blue download button in the center of this new window.
This will open another window with the warning “ Google Drive can't scan for viruses”.
Click on the blue download anyway button.
Waiting for the file
The file will begin to download. You will need to wait several minutes as it's a very large file with videos condensed onto one file.
Open the file
Now we can click on file in the download notification window. It might take a couple seconds to open because of the size of the file.
Playing the file
Once you get it open all you have to do is play the PowerPoint and click on the play button for the videos.
