This article explains the basic requirements needed to watch streaming video content successfully. For the best viewing experience, use a supported device, an up-to-date browser, and a reliable internet connection.

Supported Devices and Operating Systems

Streaming content is supported on most modern desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Common operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android are generally compatible when used with a current browser.

Supported Browsers

For reliable playback, use the latest version of a major browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Streaming video is designed to play in browsers that support HTML5 video playback.

Older browsers may not support current playback standards. If a video does not load or play correctly, update your browser first and try again.

Internet Connection Requirements

A stable internet connection is required to stream video content. The minimum recommended connection speed for basic playback is approximately 768 kilobits per second, or 0.768 megabits per second.

For the best experience, especially when viewing HD video, a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second is recommended.

Additional Notes

Flash Player is not supported for video playback. Modern streaming uses HTML5 video technology instead.

Playback may vary based on device, browser version, network settings, and regional restrictions.
