When will I receive my order?

The best way to check your delievery status is to:

1) Login to your account - here.

2) Hover over the "My Account" menu icon.

3) Select "Order History" OR select it from the side menu.

4) select your order "Detials" for more information.

You can alternatively search the purchasing email for an email title:

" A shipment from order (Your Order Number) is on the way".

Additional Information:

In-stock items are shipped the same day they are ordered as long as your order is placed BEFORE 2pm EST.

Please note: we do not offer shipping methods that deliver on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) unless you purchase an item offered through Amazon.

Orders will be shipped according to the method of your choice. Shipping transit times are listed on the cart and checkout pages.

Examples:

• You place an order at 3pm EST on a Friday and choose FedEx Next Day. Your order will not ship until the following Monday (the order was placed AFTER 2pm EST) and will not arrive until Tuesday.
• You place an order at 1pm EST on a Friday and choose FedEx Next Day. Your order will ship that same day, but will not arrive until Monday (we don’t provide Saturday delivery).
