Minimum Connection Speed (from our video provider): The minimum viable connection speed to stream Wistia video reliably is about 768 kilobits per second (equal to .768 megabits per second). We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability.

Streaming memberships are exclusively for the use of the account holder and are not to be shared with other users. User accounts can only be accessed on one device at a time. If you try to log in to a second device, you will be automatically logged out of the first device.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free demo version of our streaming options. However, if you would try to try our video streaming options, you can sign up for and pay for one month of streaming as an evaluation period. Just make sure to cancel your subscription before we charge your credit card again. For example, if you sign up for a month of streaming on January 12, make sure to cancel your subscription before February 12 (at which point we'll be charging your card again).
